The Middlesex County Juvenile Team tracks and maintains records on all juvenile cases, prepares pre-dispositional reports, and oversees case diversions such as Juvenile Conference Committee, Intake Service Conference and Juvenile Referees. Middlesex County’s Family Court Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) recommends specific services for individual juveniles charged as delinquent and acts as an alternative disposition to detention if the juvenile is adjudicated delinquent.
